Julia Arem is the 23-year-old CEO of California based Naked Bakes. Founded by Chef Julia Arem in 2019, Naked Bakes has rapidly become a favorite among discerning customers, including prestigious venues like DreamWorks, The Pantages Theater, Wisdome, The Wiltern and celebrity clientele, including Badflower, Milla Jovovich and Keith David.

During the pandemic, Julia completed her culinary degree at The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, graduating top of her class in Baking and Pastry. While at CIA, she joined the pastry team at Press in St Helena, where she contributed to the restaurant’s achievement of a Michelin Star.
